The four bedroom apartment, located at 213 West 23rd Street, has in total an enormous 7, 000-square-feet of space, with soaring, 29 foot, ceilings in the double-height living room. The loft was once home to a gymnasium and running track, and is surrounded by gigantic windows with impressive views.

Annabelle Selldorf and Jeffrey Beers designed much of the interiors.
Kerzner reportedly bought the duplex in 2007, paying a little over $8 million for it at the time. She then gutted the place with floor to ceiling renovations which took a year and a half to complete.
The resulting space become home for Kerzner and her two daughters.
LLNYC reports that according to city records the apartment is held under the name of, and being sold by, Tenor International Holding Limited, a company registered to Beverly Kerzner.
The floors throughout the property are surfaced with heated, deep midnight anthracite ceramic tiles. Spectacular steel exposed rafters and enormous windows bathe the property with light all day long. On a small upstairs level there is a full guest suite and powder room. On the lower level there is a large Master bedroom with its own en suite bathroom which includes a large walk-in shower and soaking tub.
Leonard Steinberg, Herve Senequier of Compass have the listing.
