Simon Cowell is selling his Manhattan apartment at 1055 Park Ave where he has lived with his significant other Lauren Silverman. The duplex, which also has the address of East 87th Street, is going for $5.99 million, the New York Post reports.
Cowell’s father came from a Jewish family.
The apartment has 3, 212 square feet and the building comes with a private gym. It also offers a special side door for celebrities to avoid the paparazzi when coming and going.
