The property is at 199 Lily Pond Lane and sprawls across 2 acres. (Hedge fund titan Scott Bommer recently sold three Lily Pond Lane properties for $110 million.)

Geffen’s new estate was previously owned by the late fashion CEO Josephine Chaus.
Her former Upper East Side townhouse, at 128 East 73rd St., is also on the market for $36.5 million — down from its $42 million asking price — with listing broker Paula Del Nunzio of Brown Harris Stevens.
In 1975, Chaus and her future husband Bernard launched a fashion brand for young career women, Bernard Chaus Inc.
