Channel 10 unveil Netanyahu’s plan to overcome the shortage of high-tech employees in Israel

Channel 10 reports that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu plans to import foreign high-tech workers.

The plan is assigned to get over the deficiency of high-tech workers, mainly software engineers. At first, the Ministry of Economy and Industry will issue hundreds of employment visas for overseas specialists. Later, the plan will be expanded to include thousands of work visas for software engineers and other high-tech professionals. High-tech professionals believe that if the plan is implemented, it will lowering high-tech salaries in Israel.
