According to the listing, the “one of a kind” custom estate, built in 1990, includes eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an eight-car garage, seven fireplaces, and over 100 mature trees on 3-plus acres.
Features of the home include intricately designed ceilings, an eye-popping rotunda, a formal dining room, a living room, a family room, a wine cellar, a game room with bar, and an eat-in kitchen with pizza oven.
Fitness buffs will appreciate the indoor pool, tennis courts, and an indoor basketball court/climbing wall.
Those who prefer a more sedentary existence can sit back and take in the landscaped lawns and rose gardens.

The 51-year-old Canadian also founded Participant Media, producer of “The Help, ” “Lincoln, ” and “Spotlight, ” and seems to be focusing his attention on the Los Angeles area.
