The late parents of Kourtney Kardashian’s husband Scott Disick, three-bedroom and three-bathroom home came on the market early last year for $799, 000. It is now listed for $545, 000 after the price drop by more than $250, 000.

According to newsday the Baiting Hollow home’s builder Kenneth Powell constructed the original semi-spherical home in 1982. It is made out of 2-by-6-inch boards nailed into triangular frames and fitted together, then covered in Sheetrock, a design popularized by U.S. inventor Buckminster Fuller in the 1950s. Powell later built a second dome using a kit on the one-acre property, which has an in-ground pool and a hot tub.
