The 18-story residential building already has units on the market, ranging from a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment covering 1, 912 square feet on the third floor that’s asking $4.535 million to the five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom 6, 050-square-foot penthouse that’s asking $35 million.
