The elaborate apartment was designed by famed interior designer Kelly Wearstler and even featured on the cover of Elle Decor in the US.
Overlooking the tree-lined West 12th Street in what is described as the “Gold Coast” section of Greenwich Village, the 130sq m condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fireplace.
Diaz reportedly paid $2.95 million for the unit in 2008 and had the current renovations done to her liking.
