There hasn’t been much news about the condo building at 389 East 89th Street, otherwise known as Post Toscana, since controversial developer Ben Shaoul snapped up the property (along with its sibling site in Gramercy, Post Luminaire) in 2014. But now, as the rental-to-condo conversion nears completion, new details have been revealed, including what the lobby will look like.
The 31-story building, now known as 389 E. 89, will have 156 one- to three-bedroom units, starting at $900, 000, with occupancy slated for spring of 2016.
