As we approach the midway point of Congress’ August recess, the debate over the international agreement to block Iran’s path to a nuclear weapon is reaching a fever pitch.
Members of Congress are back in their districts meeting with constituents–and opponents of the agreement are flooding their hometown airwaves, pressuring them to kill this deal.

We know that the majority of American Jews want Congress to approve this agreement. And just this morning, yet another poll showed that a strong majority of the broader American public backs the deal too.
That’s what makes this such a dangerous moment: while members of Congress should be hearing from the majority, opponents of the agreement are spending tens of millions of dollars in order to drown them out.
Just this week, several young Jews were aggressively forced out of a public Town Hall in a Brooklyn synagogue–simply for silently showing support for the deal.
If the purpose of a Town Hall is to hear from all the people, why were these constituents kicked out out?
Clearly, brave silence isn’t enough. Donate $36 now and help us be loud.
When opponents of this agreement like AIPAC announced they’d be spending millions to lobby against the Iran deal, we knew this was going to be a dogfight. But we had no idea just how far they’d go to stifle debate and put pressure on members of Congress.
Help us even the scales. Donate $36, $72 or more right now.
Thanks for all you do,
