Sonavation has developed a new technique to make it easier than ever to unlock a smartphone. The company claims that the new ultrasonic biometric technology will soon be released. This technology can unlock smartphones by users simply putting their fingers on their displays.
The company says that it has achieved this feat by stuffing ‘ultrasonic fingerprint biometric bit sensors’ under the Corning-made Gorilla Glass normally utilized in smartphones today. The biometrics sensors are a strong glassware which have 3D scanning capabilities.
These sensors are capable of capturing fingerprint data with high durability sensors that will even read dirty and oily fingers.

In a world that’s turning into more and more involved concerning security and privacy, no one is denying that password protective a phone may be a smart idea.
The experience of unlocking a screen on a vast majority of devices leaves plenty to be desired. They require one to type within the password or draw a pattern that do not sound as bad, but considering individuals check their phone many times on a daily basis, that security measure may feel annoying.
A hardware fingerprint sensor is becoming more commonplace, with the models of the iPhone 5s and 6s, and Samsung Galaxy S6, sporting fingerprint scanners on home screen.
