SimilarWeb, a company which offers tools to measure website traffic and related mobile app data, has acquired personalized content discovery platform developer Swayy, reportedly for less than $5 million. SimilarWeb aimed at acquiring the team’s talent and expertise to develop its own content recognition algorithms.
SimilarWeb founder and CEO Or Offer said that the company had grown from 70 to 200 employees over the past 12 months. He said, “Swayy’s staff will help us deepen and improve the quality of our many products from concept.”
