Three Israeli startups have been selected to participate in Google’s new AI First accelerator. The three firms are Geneyx, an Israeli medtech startup that offers a genetic data analysis and interpretation platform, Dtect Vision, an AI-based software development company and Bagel AI, which empowers product and go-to-market teams inside their daily tools with real-time product suggestions, sales and customer success teams.
Google’s new AI First accelerator is a ten-week equity-free accelerator program for Seed to Series A startups based in Europe and Israel. The accelerator aims to connect the best of Google’s products and people to empower startups to scale their business, towards success in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI and technology.
The program, run in partnership with Google Cloud and Google Deepmind, offers a mix of in-person and virtual activities, 1:1 mentoring, and group learning sessions to help startups grow.

In addition to mentorship and technical project support, the program features workshops and deep dives focused on product design, business growth, and leadership development. Selected startups will also benefit from dedicated Google AI technical expertise and receive credits via the Google for Startups Cloud Program.
The program is open to Seed to Series A startups and is designed to help them scale their businesses and reach new heights.
Each accelerator features a cohort of 10-15 startups that come together to tackle specific technical challenges that can help grow their businesses and achieve success in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI.
Founders outline the top technical challenges for their startup, and are then paired with relevant experts from both Google and the industry to solve those challenges through a mix of remote and in-person, 1-to-1, group learning sessions and sprint projects.
In addition to mentorship and technical project support, Google for Startups Accelerators include deep dives and workshops focused on product design, customer acquisition, and leadership development for founders. The program also connects founders with AI experts from inside and outside of Google.
Geneyx, an Israeli medtech startup that offers a genetic data analysis and interpretation platform, brought in $10 million in a seed round led by Capri Ventures and Accenture Ventures.
Geneyx helps improve patient outcomes associated with hereditary and rare diseases by providing disease-specific, clinically relevant insights around risk prediction, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment for clinical and pharmaceutical organizations.
Dtect Vision is an AI-based software development company. Our pioneering engine is specifically designed to detect Deepfake video, audio, and content, addressing the pervasive issue of misinformation.
Founded in 2022, Bagel AI empowers product and go-to-market teams inside their daily tools with real-time product suggestions; sales and customer success teams with product requests and solutions to strategically influence the product roadmap and cut cycle times to win more deals; product teams with additional customer evidence and context to continuously validate what to build next and align all relevant stakeholders at each stage of the product life-cycle.
“Many of today’s startups are harnessing the power of AI to scale faster, offer personalized services and tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges. Recognizing this transformative potential, Google is fueling the AI revolution by providing these startups with the building blocks, tools, and resources they need to create innovative and responsible AI solutions, accelerating the deployment of solutions that will benefit society as a whole,” said Boaz Maoz, Managing Director of Google Cloud Israel, who also serves as a member of the accelerator’s advisory committee.
