BeWith.io is an Israeli startup focused on community engagement platforms. The firm raised $10 million in Seed financing from Boaz Amiti, Tal Ventures, Iron Nation, Unicorn Technologies, Ariel Maislos, and Yuval Bar Gil, alongside leading gov-tech industry entrepreneurs Zac Bookman, co-founder and CEO at OpenGov and Eyal Feder, co-founder and CEO at Zencity. BeWith says the funding will be used to expand the company’s reach in North America and to further develop its AI capabilities to support local leaders in creating simple and vibrant community-building initiatives.
BeWith has added more than 20 North American customers over the last few months alone. Scottsdale, Arizona and Tel Aviv-Yafo in Israel are among its largest partners.
Founded in 2019, beWith’s platform streamlines city and county operations by consolidating payments, registrations, and communications into a single, unified system. Municipal staff and partners can easily create and publish events, and instantly activate a ticketing system. With is a Generative AI centralized community calendar that brings all the city’s events, programs, and activities into one central page, creating a comprehensive community hub and providing residents with one source of truth.

Their primary focus is on local governments and organizations aiming to connect with their residents or members. They help create a centralized platform for events, communication, and fostering community spirit.
BeWith.io offers features like identifying micro-communities within a larger group, creating a centralized calendar for events, personalized communication channels for residents/members and tools for managing events (registration, payments, reminders).
“At With, our mission is to empower city and county leaders globally to build resilient, thriving communities that foster deep, meaningful connections among residents,” says Adi Perry, CEO and co-founder of With. “By equipping local leaders with cutting-edge tools to engage their communities in meaningful and personalized ways, we aim to transform every city and county into a vibrant, dynamic hub where residents feel truly connected and inspired.”
BeWith explains that the firm realized that most organizations are interacting with their audiences using either a designated website, social networks, or instant messaging apps. The problem was that these solutions are not flexible and not at all designed for optimizing real-life group engagement in a hybrid environment.
WeWith dreamed of taking local communities and organizations and maximizing their full potential by making them economic, independent, strong, and real, and that’s what they did.
