Hamas Rocket Factory in Gaza (IDF)
The IDF had a major achievement with the taking of what it called the largest weapons production site to be found in Gaza since the beginning of the “Iron Swords” war. The Hamas terrorist organization hid the facility in Bureij, a densely populated civilian area in central Gaza.
The “factory” was used for the production of long-range rockets, explosives and accuracy for rockets, mortar bombs, explosives, small arms and unmanned aerial vehicles below the ground. Also, the forces eliminated dozens of terrorists in the area.
Components of long-range rockets that can reach the north of the country, mortar bombs, charges and ammunition were found in the area. The facility is connected via underground shafts to a branched network of tunnels that was used to transport weapons to all the battalions of the terrorist organization Hamas along the Gaza Strip.

IDF forces also expanded the ground offensive deep in the city of Khan Yunis; Dozens of terrorists were eliminated and a wide variety of weapons and underground shafts were located
The Israel Defense Forces are pressing forward with its assault on terrorist bases in Gaza. In the last day, the brigade combat teams fighting under its 98th Division expanded operations deep within Khan Yunis (southern Gaza) and carried out attacks during which approximately 40 terrorists were eliminated and what the IDF said was a “wide variety” of weapons were located.
Forces from the IDF’s Kfir Infantry Brigade raided a building the IDF described as “criminal” – meaning it was used by terrorists – in Khan where they encountered an armed terrorist and killed him.
During an activity of the IDF’s Golani Infantry Brigade’s combat team in the Al Ma’azi area in the center of the Gaza Strip, terrorists from the Central Camps Brigade in the area were spotted. The forces directed an air force aircraft that attacked and eliminated the squad.
Also, in the past day Israeli naval forces attacked military outposts, warehouses and vessels used by the naval force of the terrorist organization Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
“We will continue to operate against Hamas leaders, and today we also targeted a series of Hezbollah targets across southern Lebanon, including military sites belonging to the organization,” said IDF Spokesperson RAdm. Daniel Hagari. “We responded with fire to areas from which launches were identified toward Israeli territory. As we have stated since the beginning of the war, we will not tolerate a threat near the northern border. We said it, and we mean it.”
