Former President Donald Trump seems to be crashing under all of the pressure from his many criminal trials, especially the fraud trial going on in New York where he was forced to testify under oath. And this is happening when some polls are showing the former President leading in several of the all important so-called battleground states.
“It’s a terrible thing you’ve done. You know nothing about me,” Donald Trump said to Justice Arthur Engoron in one of his temper tantrums thrown while on the witness stand. He also called New York Attorney General Letitia James a “political hack.”
Donald Trump later called the judge a “Trump Hating, out of control Clubhouse appointed Judge.”

It seems that every day another one of his many co-defendants in the state level case in Georgia over Donald Trump’s attempts to interfere with and overturn the legitimate and lawful victory of President Joe Biden in the state in the 2020 presidential elections is making a separate plea deal. Each one can become a witness against trump in the future, both in the state case and in other trials.
And with fewer defendants on trial at the same time, it will make it harder for Trump to try and pass the blameon to the others.
In Donald Trump’s federal election interference trial – one of two federal cases he currently faces – Special counsel Jack Smith said the former President “stands alone in American history for his alleged crimes.” This is the case in which Trump has been charged with complicity in the January 6, 2021 attack on the US Capitol.
The special council in that case also said in a court filing that Donald Trump was “perpetrating an unprecedented campaign of deceit to attack the very functioning of the federal government.”
“No other president has engaged in conspiracy and obstruction to overturn valid election results and illegitimately retain power,” he wrote.
As for the New York case, Donald Trump’s two older sons already took the witness stand.
Now the world waits to see what will happen when Donald Trump’s oldest daughter Ivanka Trump testifies in the case.
