Greta Thunberg Needs to Shut Up About Israel

For some reason, Greta Thunberg thinks she has standing to condemn Israel.

Climate activist Greta Thunberg has let fame get to her head. For some reason she now thinks that she is an expert on every issue, including Israel, and has joined in with the Israel haters, accusing the country of committing war crimes in Gaza while ignoring the barbarity of the October 7 Hamas terror attack on innocent civilians. This has led to condemnations from both the Israeli government and the Israeli Forum of Women in the Environment.

And let’s be clear here: Greta Thunberg has no business whatsoever commenting on what is happening right now in Gaza after Hamas terrorists massacred innocent people, slaughtered entire families and even burned babies alive.

Greta Thunberg posted a picture of herself on Twitter holding a sign that read “Stand with Gaza.” In the picture were other people, one of whom held a sign saying “Free Palestine,” which is a euphemism for “Israel should not exist.

“Today we strike in solidarity with Palestine and Gaza. The world needs to speak up and call for an immediate ceasefire, justice and freedom for Palestinians and all civilians affected,” she also tweeted.

In response, Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs official David Saranga tweeted, “Burning people alive like Hamas did, doesn’t help to reduce carbon emission.”

And the Foreign Ministry itself tweeted, “Hamas doesn’t use sustainable materials for their rockets which have BUTCHERED innocent Israelis. The victims of the Hamas massacre could have been your friends. Speak up.”

And Israel’s Education Ministry banned any mention of Greta Thunberg, removing any mention of her from its education materials.

“Hamas is a terror organization that has butchered and murdered 1,400 innocent Israelis, including children, women and the elderly, kidnapping over 200 of them inside Gaza,” said the ministry in a statement. “This position disqualifies her from being a worthy inspiration, and thus she is no longer eligible to serve as a role model for Israeli students.”

Also, Greta Thunberg was condemned by women environmentalists in Israel as more than 100 of them signed an open letter condemning the Scandinavian climate activist.

“We, the Israeli Forum of Women in the Environment, are deeply hurt, shocked and disappointed with your tweets and posts regarding Gaza, which are appallingly one-sided, ill-informed, superficial and are in complete contrast to your ability to deep dive into details and get to the bottom of complex issues – at best. But to be more accurate, by expressing them you take sides with terrorists, with the worst and darkest representatives of Humans, and plainly – with the wrong side of history,” read the letter.

“Do you think Hamas represents human rights and freedom? Think again!” it added.

On Saturday, October 7th a brutal massacre took place in Israel. So far, we have counted 1,400 bodies of babies, children, women and men. All were brutally murdered, shot, burned alive, molested before their deaths, raided by terrorists in their homes, at a music festival and randomly on the streets. Hundreds of people were kidnapped to Gaza, ages ranging from 9 months to 90 years old, including babies and people with severe illnesses (like cancer, heart failure, Parkinson’s) without their medication, and people with special needs such as autism and dementia, and many more are still missing.

Among the victims were a group of elderly Israelis waiting for a bus to take them on a tour, Israeli Arabs, agriculture workers from Thailand, caretakers from the Philippines who look after elderly men and women, and many other innocent lives.

“Is this the way you imagine fighting for human rights?” asked the environmentalists. “With cold-blooded killings of civilians, violent rape of women, and kidnapping of infants and the elderly?”

Greta Thunberg is a Swedish environmental activist who is known for challenging world leaders to take immediate action on climate change. She was born in Stockholm, Sweden on January 3, 2003, and has been involved in climate activism since she was 15 years old.

In 2019, Greta Thunberg was named Time Person of the Year, and she has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize three times. She has also received numerous other awards and honors for her work, including the Right Livelihood Award and the Amnesty International Ambassador of Conscience Award.

Unfortunately, Great Thunberg now thinks that she can stick her nose anywhere, even when she has no idea what she is talking about.
