Two Israeli Startups Sold: Indeni Acquired by BlueCat and Bablic Taken by Unbabel

Indeni, an Israeli startup that offers a network infrastructure monitoring and automation platform, was acquired by BlueCat, a provider of mission-critical network and cloud infrastructure software for reliable and secure DNS, DHCP, and IP address management. Also, Tel Aviv-based Bablic, an Israeli startup that offers localization and translation services for websites and apps, was acquired by international AI translator Unbabel. Both acquisitions were announced this week, but no terms or prices have yet been revealed.

Founded in 2009, Indeni provides security infrastructure automation with visibility that is up and running in minutes. The company boasts that it has automated the world’s best practices to deliver “predictive, prioritized, and actionable insights that help you prevent costly disruptions. We dramatically reduce chaos and risk to improve agility, giving you the confidence to accelerate mission-critical projects that drive new business.”

Indendi says its new product, Cloudrail also helps companies manage infrastructure-as-code security.

BlueCat calls itself the Adaptive DNS company with the mission is to help organizations deliver “reliable and secure network access from any location and any network environment.”
