Oops, Whoopi Goldberg did it AGAIN. The comedian turned movie star turned daytime talk show host on “The View” has once again made an absurd statement about the Holocaust.
In an interview with “The Sunday Times” Whoopi Goldberg said, “My best friend said, ‘Not for nothing is there no box on the census for the Jewish race. So that leads me to believe that we’re probably not a race.’”
Whoopi Goldberg also added these confusing comments: “The oppressor is telling you what you are. Why are you believing them? They’re Nazis. Why believe what they’re saying?”

And Whoopi Goldberg seems to think for some reason that because European Jews looked just like everyone else and did not stand out like Black people this somehow made a difference. “It doesn’t change the fact that you could not tell a Jew on a street,” she said. “You could find me. You couldn’t find them. That was the point I was making. But you would have thought that I’d taken a big old stinky dump on the table, butt naked.”
Back in January Whoopi Goldberg actually had the Chutzpah to declare before millions of Americans that the Holocaust was “not about race.” Then she repeated her mistake saying, “The Holocaust isn’t about race. No, it’s not about race. It’s about man’s inhumanity to man.” Apparently, the 66 year old who has been an activist over the years for causes such as helping the homeless people throughout America wants the world to think that the Holocaust was not about the Jews.
And she compounded the problem adding “If you’re going to do this, then let’s be truthful about it, “these [the Jews and the German Nazis] are two white groups of people.” So the Holocaust was just about white people killing other white people.
So, maybe people should be asking why it is that when Whoopi Goldberg says something, people listen. Why should anyone care what she thinks about anything and why do people watch her stupid daytime talk show? What exactly does it say about the people who have nothing better to do in the afternoon than just to sit around watching Whoopi Goldberg on TV?
