It seems Alan Dershowitz cannot escape the whole Jeffrey Epstein scandal. He has once again been accused of taking part in one of Epstein’s sexual debauchery parties.
Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water, the Jeffrey Epstein story comes back up for air. It’s like the Energizer Bunny: the story keeps going, and going, and going… In the latest revelations, according to The Daily Beast, a victim of the late pedophile, rapist and sex trafficker Epstein has come out and accused former Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz of being involved in a threesome that the woman was forced into by Epstein at the late rapist’s New York mansion.

The Daily Beast cited newly unsealed testimony from a deposition given in 2017 by one Sarah Ransome that made the allegation. This means that Virginia Giuffre is no longer alone in claiming that Alan Dershowitz was guilty of raping girls. According to Ransome’s testimony, she was forced to perform oral sex on Dershowitz together with another woman who has not been identified.
A combative Alan Dershowitz made as strong a denial of these new allegations, as he did when confronted with Virginia Giuffre’s accusation. He told the Daily Beast when contacted, “She made it all up.”
Dershowitz also told the Daily Beast, “I want every single thing revealed because it would obviously prove I never met her,” and said that his last interactions with Jeffrey Epstein came before Giuffre claims the incident occurred.
Alan Dershowitz is currently in Israel where he is trying to convince Benjamin Netanyahu not to move forward with a proposed new law that would allow an absolute majority of 61 or more votes in the Knesset to override a Supreme Court decision that overturned a law. The new law would allow this even when the court has ruled that the law in question violates Israel’s what are called basic laws or principles that serve in the absence of a written constitution. This is why it would need a majority of 61 out of the 120 Knesset members.
Alan Dershowitz would not be Alan Dershowitz if he did not go around the world telling democratic governments what they should or should not do as if Israel does not have any legal scholars of its own. Meanwhile, without providing any specifics to support his claim, Dershowitz told Israeli television news that he knows the current corruption case against Benjamin Netanyahu has no merit as if he is also an expert on Israeli law. That trial is ongoing.
