Apparently Mark Cuban and Bill Gates – two of the world’s biggest billionaires and high-tech barons – have had a longstanding feud over one of them “stealing” some girls from the other at a bar. Mark Cuban told the story in a recent appearance on the “Full Send” Podcast hosted by Nelk members Kyle Forgeard, SteveWillDoIt, and Salim.
Apparently, Bill gates stole some girls away from Mark Cuban in a bar. But this was when Gates was already a big billionaire and before Cuban made it rich. However, Mark Cuban was still single at the time while Bill Gates had only recently married his long time wife Melinda. Bill and Melinda Gtes divorced last year.
“I had started my company — I was like 26, 27 and I just thought I was a badass,” Cuban said of the incident. “I’m hanging with these girls and this was right when Microsoft had gone public. One day, no one knows who Bill Gates is, the next day, he’s the king of tech.”

“I’m buying these girls drinks and doing shots and everything and they’re like, ‘I’ve got to go to the bathroom’ — I think for real,” Mark Cuban added. “And then they don’t come back and I’m like, what the f—? And then my buddy says, ‘Yo, you know who Bill Gates is?’ Bill Gates took my girls!”
It turned out all right in the end for Mark Cuban, though, who married Tiffany Stewart in 2002. They have 3 kids.
Mark Cuban also spoke about a recent conversation that he had with Elon Musk about the latter’s having more children.
“He had another kid, right? This was before the last three or whatever it was,” Cuban said about Musk during the podcast. Elon Musk now has 10 children.
“I’m like, ‘Dude, congratulations, how many you going to have?'” Cuban said he asked Musk. “He sends me a text back, ‘Mars needs people.'”
