In real life, the 16th-century mansion is famously welcomed high society — and high-ranking Catholic Church officials — for dances, feasts, and festivals during Cardinal Angelo Maria Durini’s residence in the 1700s, according to the Post.
The residence features a sprawling landscape that has been recognized by the Society of Garden Designers in the United Kingdom, a private pier and boathouse on the lake, and an outdoor swimming pool.
According to the Post, the interior of the mansion features six suites with “opulent marble bathrooms,” as well as 17th-century frescos by Agostino Silva and the Recchi brothers.
