Silentium has raised a total of $63 million.
Silentium is an Israeli startup specializing in developing innovative noise reduction products and solutions for the automotive, home, industrial, medical, and IT industries. The company has extended its Series D round with another $20 million of funding. Silentium has raised $30 million as part of its Series D round, and approximately $63 million in total. The latest extended round was led by Menora Mivtachim and Meitav Dash, both Israeli institutional investors.

Vianai Systems Raises $140 Million for AI
Vianai Systems is a Human-Centered AI platform and products company. Vianai Systems is a Human-Centered AI platform and products company which has its research and development canter based in Israel. Viani has raised $140 million in a Series B financing round from SoftBank Vision Fund 2* and several industry luminaries. Vianai will use the new capital to accelerate the delivery of its human-centered AI platform and products to enterprises worldwide.

Unit offers a banking services platform. Unit is an Israeli fintech startup which offers a banking as a service platform. The company raised $51 million in a Series B round of funding led by Accel. Existing investors Better Tomorrow Ventures, Aleph, Flourish Ventures, and TLV Partners also joined the round.

The company just closed an investment round raising $46.5 million. The financing was led by aMoon with participation from new investors BVF Partners LP, DAFNA Capital Management LLC, Peregrine Ventures, Shavit Capital and the Cancer Focus Fund.

Gloat just raised $57 million. Israeli startup Gloat offers the Talent Marketplace platform that the company boasts is reinventing work and careers in global enterprises. Goat has raised $57 million in a Series C funding round led by Accel, with participation from existing investors Eight Roads Ventures, Intel Capital, Magma Venture Partners, and PICO Partners.

Duda is for services for small businesses. Israeli startup Duda is the professional website builder for digital agencies and SaaS companies. The company has raised $50 million in Series D financing.

Carbyne raised $20 million. Israeli Startup Carbyne offers emergency response technology. Global Medical Response, the largest private emergency medical services provider in the USA, led a $20 million round of funding in Carbyne.

NextSilicon has raised $200 million to date. Israeli startup NextSilicon is now a unicorn with a $1.5 billion valuation. The company reached this milestone after recently completing a $120 million round led by Third Point Ventures. The company which designs computer chips and offers what it calls an innovative solution to boost supercomputers has raised a total of $200 million to date, according to Calcalist.

Cybersecurity Startup Claroty Hits Unicorn Status
Claroty just brought in $140 million. Claroty is an Israeli industrial cybersecurity startup. The company just raised $140 million in new funding. While Claroty did not give its full valuation, Calcalist reports that the round was done giving the company a $1 billion valuation. So Claroty is now a unicorn.

WalkMe Hits $2.6 Billion With NASDAQ IPO
WalkMe raised $2.6 billion. It’s official! WalkMe held its initial public offering today, Wednesday, on the NASDAQ. All seems to have gone according to plan as WalkMe has achieved a $2.6 billion valuation. The Israeli startup WalkMe is a provider of website navigation and digital adoption solutions.

Israeli Unicorn Club: Delivery platform Bringg raises $100 million at $1 billion valuation
Bringg, an Israeli provider of cloud-based delivery and logistics services, announced today the close of a $100 million Series E financing round led by Insight Partners with participation from existing investors including Cambridge Capital, GLP, Harlap, Next 47, Pereg Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Viola Growth.

America’s Resolve Systems Buys Out Ayehu Israeli IT Automation Platform
The price was not disclosed. Resolve Systems, a company involved in IT automation and service orchestration, has squired Israeli firm Ayehu, which offers a leading no-code intelligent IT automation platform. Resolve boasts that the new combination creates a “powerhouse solution that supports customers throughout their IT automation journeys.”

Spotify Acquires Podz
Podz offers a podcast service. Spotify, the streaming provider of music and other audio content, has acquired podcast startup Podz. Podz is a podcast company. The purchase price was not disclosed. Spotify also just introduced Greenroom, a live interactive audio offering.
