Tremor international Ltd., an Israeli ad-tech company, has filed for a NASDAQ IPO. The company expects to come away with a $1.5 billion valuation, reports Globes. Tremor is already listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).
The company expects to raise $100 million from its NASDAQ IPO. In the past year alone, Tremor’s share price on the LSE has risen by 500%. Tremor International reported an increase of 96% in net income for Q1 2021.
