Ron Perelman, the American billionaire investor who owns Revlon, is selling his Manhattan townhouse. The Neo-Georgian, limestone-and-red-brick mansion located at 36 East 63rd Street can be yours for just $60 million. Perelman reportedly had previously sought as much as $65 million for the home.

The 40 foot wide house holds 16,000 square feet, and opens to an oak paneled foyer that leads to an original staircase.
