And as if that is not enough, just the other day it was announced that Justice Ginsburg would be awarded this year’s National Constitution Center’s Liberty Medal “for her efforts to advance liberty and equality for all.”

The Center will honor the Justice through a video tribute in words and music to be broadcast live on Thursday, September 17, 2020, Constitution Day. The program will feature. performances by internationally renowned opera singers and tributes from special friends of Justice Ginsburg.

In a statement “This year, we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, which gave women the right to vote. To mark this milestone throughout 2020 and beyond, the National Constitution Center has launched a new initiative, Women and the Constitution. A celebration of women’s equality and leadership, the initiative includes a new long-term exhibit on the 19th Amendment, national constitutional conversations and debates, podcast episodes, blog posts, and educational materials that engage middle and high school students and learners of all ages.
