Vladimir Putin warns world faces ‘global catastrophe’ over North Korea

Kim warns South Korea: “guide Japan’s re-invasion and praising it as “a friendly nation,” – they will not escape from curses and meet a miserable ruin.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned on Tuesday during a news conference in China, that the escalating crisis over North Korea’s weapons program risks developing into a “global catastrophe” with mass casualties. He cautioned against “military hysteria.”

Putin has called for talks with North Korea to resolve the crisis was through diplomacy. “Whipping up military hysteria makes absolutely no sense in this situation,” he said. “This is a road to nowhere.”

Putin added that it was important that all sides in the conflict including North Korea “step on the path of cooperation” and not face “threats of annihilation.”

Putin earlier condemned North Korea’s sixth nuclear test on Sunday as “provocative,” but said it does not support the idea of slapping North Korea with more sanctions.

North Korea warns South Korea that “they should be mindful that if they volunteer to play a guide of Japan’s re-invasion praising it as “a friendly nation,” failing to draw a lesson from the fate of Park Geun Hye, they will not be able to escape from curses and denunciation of all Koreans but meet a miserable ruin.”

The latest News from North Korea reads:

The south Korean puppet forces were recently closeted with the Japanese reactionaries to extend the military intelligence protection agreement to one year, raising hue and cry over “nuclear and missile threat from the north”.

Rodong Sinmun Tuesday observes in a commentary in this regard:

The said agreement which the south Korean puppet forces signed with Japan is one of the most deep-rooted evils which Park Geun Hye, the pro-U.S. and pro-Japanese lackey without an equal.

It does not deserve any further argument that the present south Korean authorities are encouraging the Japanese reactionaries in their reinvasion scenario for overseas expansion, far from making apology and reparation for thrice-cursed crimes committed against the Korean nation in the past.

Japan is openly opting for the militarist resurrection and the realization of reinvasion scheme, denying the heinous crimes committed against the Korean nation till now though 70 years have passed since its defeat.

However, the south Korean puppet forces agreed to extend the said agreement to one year in a cynical ploy to stifle the fellow countrymen in the north with the backing of foreign forces.

They should be mindful that if they volunteer to play a guide of Japan’s reinvasion praising it as “a friendly nation,” failing to draw a lesson from the fate of Park Geun Hye, they will not be able to escape from curses and denunciation of all Koreans but meet a miserable ruin. -0-
