Samsara: The World’s First Smart Suitcase by Israeli startup

Samsara, a new Israeli patent suitcase made out of natural aluminum achieved its target on the Kickstarter crowdfunding website in just four hours.

Samsara, a new Israeli patent suitcase made out of natural aluminum achieved its target on the Kickstarter crowdfunding website in just four hours. The suitcase has already raised $167,619, well above its $15,000 target.

The suitcase is made out of the same materials as the airplane, includes titanium, magnesium, and zinc. The material makes it lightweight, and fireproof.

Samsara which means ‘continuous movement’ includes a range of innovative features such connection via a mobile app which sends instant notification if the suitcase moves away or was opened by someone else. The app also controls the LED light inside the suitcase to use it in the dark and monitors the battery percentage. It has a surface on which a laptop can be placed. Delivery to begin in November 2017.
