The photo was posted on Twitter by Kim Driscoll, the mayor of Salem, after she spotted the spooky image hunted the city.

Salem on the north coast of Massachusetts, is known for the 1692 witch trials where people executed for allegedly practicing witchcraft. The city is popular with tourists and ghost hunters and present some of the largest Halloween festivities in the country.
