The Jews of Whitefish Montana are under threat of anti-Semitic attacks. Supporters of the racist white supremacist Richard Spencer called for retaliation against them after calls were made to boycott his mother Sherry Spencer’s local business.
That’s right! Whitefish. Apparently the Nazis there fail to recognize the irony, never having had Gefilte fish.

This news comes just one month after the Jewish community in Missoula Montana had to ask for police protection after people distributed Nazi propaganda in their area.
A Nazi website which supports Richard Spencer which we will not name here and certainly not link to made the following call the other day:
“This is the Jews for you, people. They are a vicious, evil race of hate-filled psychopaths. When you do something they don’t like, they will use the power of the media to come down on you, assassinate your character. They will call you names and accuse you of all sorts of things. They will go after your money. If all of that fails, they will attack your mother.”
“Tell them you are sickened by their Jew agenda to attack and harm the mother of someone whom they disagree with.You can hit him up [the young son of a local Jewish woman], tell them what you think of his whore mother’s vicious attack on the community of Whitefish.”
The website also listed the personal information of local residents its said were Jews.
The Washington Post has reported that Jews in the area have already received death threats such as, “Go choke on a shotgun and die” and “You would all be of greater worth to society as human fertilizer than as citizens.”
To be fair, Sherry Spencer has repudiated her son’s activities. She told The Daily Mail that she is suffering because of the actions of an organization called Love Lives Here saying, “We are stunned by the actions of Love Lives Here, an organization claiming to advocate tolerance and equal treatment of all citizens, yet coursing financial harm to many innocent parties.”
Mrs. Spencer said that she has been forced to put her building in the town up for sale.
As for Richard Spencer, he says now that he is considering a run for Congress in the area in 2018. In its report on Spencer’s plans to run for office, the local paper the Whitefish Pilot described him as merely a White Nationalist and basically whitewashed his racist agenda. A review of its website at the time that this story went live showed no reports about the current situation in the town.
