Simon Cowell’s Syco Entertainment has signed a three year deal with China’s Canxing Production to produce television content. And Syco Records has signed “X Factor” alums 5 After Midnight to a new contract.
The two companies will work together to produce new television shows for China which could also be marketed around the world. If his success with shows like “X Factor” and “America’s Got Talent” are any indication, the collaboration should make Syco a lot of money.

And if that is not enough, Simon Cowell continues to create new pop sensations. The man who was behind The Spice Girls years before he got into the world of reality television competitions has reportedly signed boy band 5 After Midnight to a new contract with Syco, The Daily Mail reports. The band got its start on “X Factor.”
And as if all that were not enough the 57 year old just had to show off his beach body on Instagram. Simon Cowell shared pics of himself on vacation with his family.
