Jeff Bezzos, Sheryl Sandberg, Safra Catz and Larry Page will be among the tech titans to attend a special meeting with President Elect Donald Trump. Sandberg and Bezzos made the list in spite of their very public opposition to Trump during the campaign.
The Trump team sent out invitations last week to Silicon Valley’s biggest names for a summit on high tech to be held at Trump Tower in New York. Other invitees include Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Intel CEO Brian Krzanich.

Many of the execs invited have been big Trump detractors. But Donald Trump has met recently with many of his political enemies and is trying hard to show that he can be magnanimous in victory. However, his toying with Mitt Romney shows that Donald Trump is not above getting revenge.
The exact format of the meeting is not yet known, but observers expect the subject of net neutrality to play a big part. Trump has come out in favor of allowing internet providers to charge businesses fees to get more greater access to web surfers, Detractors of this maintain that there should be no limits on the access that people have to any website.
Oracle CEO Safra Catz released a statement saying, “I plan to tell the president-elect that we are with him and will help in any way we can. If he can reform the tax code, reduce regulation and negotiate better trade deals, the U.S. technology industry will be stronger and more competitive than ever.”
Mark Cuban, to no one’s surprise, will not be attending.
