50 Hudson Yards has a new tenant. BlackRock, a financial firm founded by Laurence D. Fink, has signed on to be the anchor tenant there.
According to The New York Post, while an agreement has been reached nothing has yet been signed between the two parties.

Starting in 2023, BlackRock is expected to lease 2.3 million square feet of space in the 50 Hudson Yards tower on Tenth Avenue between West 33rd and 34th streets. The Hudson Yards project is being developed by Tischman Speyer. The firm’s offices are currently located in Park Avenue Plaza at 55 E. 52nd St.
