Danny Meyer, the founder of both Shake Shack and Union Square Cafe has spoken to Fortune Magazine about himself. He was interviewed by Fortune Unfiltered.

Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group recently began the process of banning tipping in its restaurants.

This was one of the issues that Danny Meyer discussed in the interview. He also talked about how his company will offer paid parental leave to its full-time restaurant workers and extend a benefits package which has long included health insurance, life insurance and a matching 401(k) plan.
