A massive 7.9 magnitude earthquake struck New Zealand over the weekend, leaving these poor cows stranded atop a small island of grass on a high hill left behind when the ground around them simply disappeared.
The three cows, two adult cattle and a calf, were spotted by a helicopter, but it is unclear if the cows were rescued.
