The former Victoria’s Secret Angel, Erin Heatherton, is being sued by her New York neighbours, at One Morton Square, allegedly due to the model’s frequent, and often loud, party lifestyle.
The suit is also asking Heatherton to pay $16, 000 in common area charges she allegedly owes to her West Village building, according to New York Post’s Page Six.

The 27-year-old model has denied the allegations being made in the lawsuit.
The suit, filed by the management board of her building, was submitted in Manhattan Civil Court. Her neighbours claim that Heatherton regularly causes, and allows, unreasonable levels of noise, and low frequency bass vibrations, to emanate from her own unit into the condo’s common areas and, adjacent units, late at night and into the early-morning hours, disturbing the condo’s residents and interfering with their ability to use and enjoy their units.
Heatherton is also accused of doing nothing about the noise, despite previously sending seven written warnings.
Heatherton, who was first discovered as a model in 2006, when she was only 17-years-old, purchased the apartment in 2012 for $1.76 million, at the time when she was dating Leonardo Di Caprio.
They split up the same year, and in 2013 Heatherton lost her contract with Victoria’s Secret, five years after first walking the runway for the brand.
In an interview with Time, Heatherton explained that she was asked by the brand to lose weight before her final two runway shows.
“My body just wouldn’t do it, ” she told Time. “I was really depressed because I was working so hard and I felt like my body was resisting me, ” she says. “And I got to a point where one night I got home from a workout and I remember staring at my food and thinking maybe I should just not eat.”
Since then Heatherton ranked of Jewish models like Bar Refaeli who have appeared in the iconic sports magazine’s annual special edition, the past two years, while also appearing on a handful of international magazine covers.
Other famous residents who have purchased apartments in the building include Daniel Radcliffe and the Olsen twins, who are in their college years.
