Yoel Goldman’s All Year Management is gearing up for a 100-key hotel at 1548 Bedford Avenue in Crown Heights, according to a permit application filed Friday with the city’s Department of Buildings.
Per the plans, the developer will pack 100 rooms into 38, 000 square feet of space, located two blocks east from Prospect Park. Eran Chen of ODA New York is the architect of record for the project.
