According to the 2016 Edenred-Ipsos Barometer, which measured the well-being of employees in 15 countries, India is top of the list when it comes to the feel-good factor at work.
“In our 2016 research, a little bit more than 7 out of 10 employees overall are positive about their wellbeing at work, ” the authors of the report summed up the result of the poll. The U.S. makes third place, four percentage points behind Mexico.
