The 11, 999-square-foot home at 1800W. 25th Street was previously belonged to rock star Lenny Kravitz, who sold it to Muss for $14.5 million in 2005.

Stephen Muss lists Miami Beach mansion

The mansion has six bedrooms, seven full and three half bathrooms, a saltwater pool, a Jacuzzi, a private boat dock, a barbecue cabana, wood ceilings, a movie theater, a gym, an elevator and a balcony terrace.

Muss bought the Fontainebleau out of bankruptcy in 1978 and sold it to Turnberry Associates in 2005.
