Gwyneth Paltrow Buys Santa Barbara Mansion For $4.9 Million

Gwyneth-Paltrow-House-In-Santa-Barbara-CA

The Oscar-winning actress and all-around superior human being has dropped $4.9 million on a luxurious estate home in Santa Barbara, CA.

The four-bed, four-bath property overlooks the ocean from its multiple sunny terraces and manicured gardens that even Monet would envy. Constructed in the Venice-inspired Palladian style, the 5, 022-square-foot property needs a bit of work, according to the listing. The purchase also includes the property next door, which has another three beds and three and a half baths. But if anyone has the patience to take on a reno, it’s Queen Gwyneth, who recently spoke about how well the process of “conscious uncoupling” is working for her and ex-husband Chris Martin.
