Manziel, 23, has not been charged with a crime. The accident occurred the same night that Manziel said he lived with Miller. Manziel was allegedly picked up from the scene by Josh Gordon, according to TMZ.
The Browns cut Manziel in March, due to domestic abuse allegations.
