Based on a 2014 original Norwegian series, the story is about a man who has fantastical adventures in his dreams but in reality is locked up in a mental institution.

Both Oscar-nominated actors, Hill and Stone will play patients in the institution with Deadline reporting that Fukunaga is slated to direct all episodes, as he did with True Detective’s first season.

Stone,  Hill and Fukunaga, act as executive producers on the series that is seeking a two-season order upfront on cable networks and streaming platforms.
