
Low-cost airline company Wizz Air will launch a new route between Israel and Romania in the summer. From July 1, Wizz Air will operate two weekly flights on Tuesdays and Saturdays between Tel Aviv and Iasi using a new Airbus 320.Tickets are ready on sale with fares starting at NIS 235 ($60) (one way with all taxes included).
The Central and Eastern European low-cost airline already operates flights between Ben Gurion Airport and nine destinations in Europe – Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca in Romania, Budapest (Hungary), Warsaw and Katowice in Poland, Prague (Czech Republic), Sofia (Bulgaria), Vilnius (Lithuania) and Lviv (Ukraine).
