The couple have been dating for about four months and made their relationship public in October, the Times said. “They have loved these past months together, are thrilled to be getting married and excited about their future, ” the newspaper cited a spokesman for the Murdoch family as saying.

Hall was in a 23-year relationship with Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, with whom she has four children. Their unofficial Bali wedding was declared invalid when they split in 1999, meaning Hall’s marriage to Murdoch will be her first.
