Israeli Enlight, Migdal to invest $109 million in renewable energy worldwide

Enlight Renewable Energy has teamed up with the insurance company to explore renewable energy investment opportunities outside Israel.

Israel listed Enlight Renewable Energy Solutions Ltd., a subsidiary of Eurocom Group, announced a €100 million ($109 million) joint venture with Israeli Migdal Insurance company and Financial Holdings Ltd. to invest in the renewable energy market across the globe.

Under the terms of the agreement, the new partnership will be jointly owned by Enlight (51%) and Migdal (49%). The partnership will invest in renewable energy projects outside Israel. The total investment split between the partners according to their stake.
