A juror at the corruption trial of former Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver told a judge she’s agitated by the other jurors reactions to her views, and wants to be sent home.
Just two hours into deliberations, a note from the juror, whose name is unknown, wrote “My heart is pounding and my head feels weird. I am so stressed out right now…. I need to leave.”

The juror said others on the panel had criticized her “opinion/view, ” said she wasn’t employing common sense, the Associated Press reported.
U.S. District Judge Valerie Caproni said she wouldn’t dismiss the juror.
