Toll Brothers filed permit applications Wednesday for a 112-unit, 161, 000-square-foot building on the site, which sits between Franklin and Leonard streets on Tribeca’s eastern edge.

The new structure will house five apartments on the second floor, all with private terraces. It will have eight apartments each on the third through seventh floors, seven each on the eight through 13th floors and six each on the 14th through 16th floors.
