Which Work Benefits Do Millennials Value Most

What is your favourite workplace perk? Many people love working hard for a cash bonus while others prefer flexible hours or familial benefits. A survey conducted by PWC and recently republished in KPCB’s 2015 Internet Trends Report reveals that millennials actually desire training and development more than other working benefits. 22 percent of global millennials placed it top of their wish list, compared to 19 percent who want flexible working hours. 14 percent of those polled said cash bonuses are their most valued perk.
