Avengers: Age of Ultron is the most successful comic book movie of 2015, and the second-most successful film of the summer. However, despite making over $1.4 billion at the worldwide box office, a report claims Disney considers the movie a failure.
This might come as a shock to many, but to others, the momentJurassic World topped Age of Ultron, the writing was on the wall.

We have heard rumors of a falling out between Marvel Studios head honcho Kevin Feige and Marvel Entertainment CEO Isaac Perlmutter. Usually, Feige needed to report to Perlmutter with everything he does, but from what we are hearing, these two men never really got along.
It is said that Perlmutter was against the creative decisions behind Captain America: Civil War, though we are not certain why. Chances are, it might have a lot to do with the amount of heroes and villains in the movie and the possibility the movie might be overcrowded.
