Israel’s Rotem Shefy has once again recorded a cover of a famous American rock song. This time she performs a new version of the band Nirvana’s hit from 1994 “Lithium.”

As always, Rotem gives the song a Middle Eastern flare. You can see the types of instruments used in the video below. In case you did not notice her Middle Eastern take, there are plenty of props to let you know such as a very large water pipe.
